He’s adept at finding ways forward when stuck. Passionate about developing a bigger aspiration for people and teams. At his best when exploring novel pathways with confidence. Inspired by people coming together to act in concert.
Trained in psychology, Rob has worked in many sectors, including finance, government, health & wellbeing, health & safety, and outdoor adventure sports.
Rob is in love with what’s possible, and an absolute believer in people.
